The Champlain School Apartments are located in a unique three-story brick elementary school building that was originally constructed in 1909.  The apartments in this building are eclectic and contemporary with high ceilings and huge windows. In addition to the original school house, there is also another three story building on the property which houses both one and two bedroom apartments.

The buildings are conveniently located on the city bus route near schools, the Shelburne Road shopping plazas, Oak Ledge Park and Burlington’s bike path and beaches.  It is also just one mile from downtown Burlington, a hub for shopping, dining and socializing.  The buildings are well maintained and a cleaning company services the interior spaces twice each week.  HEAT AND WATER FOR EACH OF THE APARTMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT.  Trash service is provided.  There is plenty of free parking available and snow plowing is provided.   There are five pairs of washers & dryers on-site for convenience.  Each apartment is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and a hot water heater.

Studio Apartments (3 Units)
Located in the original brick schoolhouse building, these large studio apartments are unique and have lots of character.  In addition to the open floor plan bedroom and living room, there is also a separate kitchen and a full bathroom. These are fun apartments with lots of light, high ceilings and huge windows.
