Building Amenities

Each residence has a bright open floor plan with 9-foot ceilings, wall to wall carpet, large closets, energy star-rated appliances, quality finishes and a modern design.  Appliances include a dishwasher, range, microwave and refrigerator and there is air conditioning available in each apartment.  Washer and dryer hook-ups are available in most apartments.  Rent includes heat, hot water, trash and recycling removal, secure entry, common area cleaning, snow removal and lawn care.  Our building has elevator access to all floors and secure bicycle storage.   In addition, there is a large workout room complete with cardio equipment and free weights.  We have online maintenance reporting and our full time professional management staff is available to meet your maintenance needs.
