Our Champlain School Apartments are located in a sturdy historical building at 817 Pine Street in Burlington. The original three story elementary school building has been completely renovated, and many apartments have high ceilings and large windows. In addition to the main school house structure, there is an attached three story building on the property featuring both one and two bedroom apartments. We're well known for the care we take in maintaining our buildings, as we have five full time maintenance personnel on staff to ensure prompt attention to any problems.
